Shift 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday, rotating weekends

Essential Duties

Dry wall touch up, apartment painting
Site cleanup
Lighting review for the community and bulb replacement
Record water temp and state mandated temperature logs
Minor plumbing repairs
Utilizes power and hand tools safely and proficiently including personal protection equipment
Respond to emergency calls
Works independently
Painting trim work, advanced drywall repair
Wall construction
Minor electronical tasks at the 120 volt level including outlet repair, dimmer switch repair, hanging electronical devices.
Minor service on HVAC equipment including filter change and thermostat replacement
Utilizes power and hand tools safely and proficiently including personal protection equipment
Mentors and trains new hires
Qualifications and Skills

The qualified candidate for this opportunity will have a High School Diploma / GED and at least 2 (two) years of related experience.

Basic working knowledge of air-conditioning, generators, plumbing, electrical systems, and basic trouble shooting is desired. Must have experience in striving to exceed and meet co worker and customer needs at every level.

Benefits

401 K plan $1.00 for $1.00 up to 3% of your salary on day one, Medical, Dental and Vision after 60 days and Paid Time off after 90 days.

The ideal candidate MUST have reliable transportation and two years experience (prep and line). Weekends and holidays required.

Shift - Flexible hours, able to work AM/PM shifts as well as weekends and holidays.

Correctly and creatively prepares assembles and cooks all food products according to standards set by executive chef and supervisors including written and unwritten recipes for dining room service, health care service and special functions. May assemble and set up food on diet carts, advise supervisor of low inventory items; assist in receiving items and taking inventory as required and may assist by performing washing or other kitchen duties as needed or assigned. Offer is contingent upon satisfactory background, drug, physical and Tuberculosis test.

Candidate must possess a license in the state of Georgia, have CPR/ FA certification, professional appearance, caring and compassionate demeanor as well as attentive and observant. Also, have experience in supervising C.N.A's, assessing and observing health and safety of residents, assisting with Medication Management, documentation; provide resources, info and advice to enhance quality of life.

Requirements:- Two years prior nursing experience in a senior environment preferred- Currently licensed as LPN in Georgia, CPR / FA certified- Experience supervising C.N.A and other neighborhood staff- Clear background check, assessment and TB as well as drug test- Candidates must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs- Should have availability to reliable transportation (no bus service available).
