Current Positions Available:

LPN - Part Time
License Practical Nurse

Current Georgia LPN License with at least 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing environment

Shifts available Monday, Friday and every other weekend (part time) and possess good communication, documentation, and assessment and inter-personal skills.

The ideal candidate would have previous experience with managing and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants regarding all areas of resident care. Assisting with resident care, administration of medications as ordered by physician and documents according to policy, monitoring residents for changes of condition and notifies family, physician and communicates observations to staff and unit manager, communicating with other healthcare providers, including therapy, pharmacy, hospice, lab and private caregivers, implementation of all resident care plans; changes plans of care according to changes in resident’s condition, performing a new resident nursing assessment for admissions to the unit and initiates the nursing care plan and regulatory compliance on the unit.

Offer is contingent upon successfully passing the background, drug, physical and TB test. St. George Village is an EOE and Drug Free Workplace.

Assistant Dining Room Manager
Experience – 3 years of serving and supervising experience
Shift – Open Availability for shifts M-S, weekends and holidays are a must.
The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of experience as a server as well as experience assisting with monitoring wait staff personnel for clean appearance’s and courteous service. Maintaining clean, friendly, and secure dining areas and complies with organizational policies and applicable laws, handling problems and reports serious problems to dining room manager.


Social Worker - FT Exempt
St. George Village is currently seeking a Full Time Exempt Social Worker. The ideal candidate would either have a Bachelors in Social Work, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a long term care or a CCRC preferred /or a Masters in Social Work, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in long term care, acute care case management or in a CCRC.

The Social Work position at St. George Village has two key responsibilities. The first is to provide social work services primarily to residents and families of the Wellington Court Health Center and to St. George Village Independent Living residents transitioning to Wellington Court health care programs. The second key responsibility is to serve as the point person for leading the external community public relations effort with key referral sources for Wellington Court health care programs. This key responsibility requires an individual with great personal drive and a comfort level in public speaking/marketing.


CNA - Full Time
Certified Nurses Assistant

Current Georgia CPN License with at least 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing home enviroment.

The ideal candidate would be able to work flexible hours Monday - Sunday and poses good communication, documentation, and assessment and interpersonal skills.

The position would entail being responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living including: dressing, bathing, grooming, hygiene and toileting, responsible for observing residents at meal time and serving meals in the dining room; having knowledge of special or modified diets for specific residents, communicating with other healthcare providers to promote continuity of care, assists in implementing individual resident care plans, have knowledge of change in resident condition and reporting them to the charge nurse, communicating with families regarding resident’s routine care and schedule, monitoring and maintaining appropriate resident records for accuracy and regulatory compliance.


Service Tech 1 - FT

The ideal candidate will have experience with fixing minor repairs and painting. This position will be responsible for maintenance of residential units, common areas and the mechanical areas as well as painting and grounds cleaning
