We supply our staff with only top quality ingredients and support them in the development of their skills. The Culinary team is exposed to the latest trends as well as techniques not always practiced in the industry. Under the direction of our Executive Chef, the staff is provided every opportunity to promote the growth of an already expansive culinary department.
St. George Village provides a variety of dining opportunities. This enables residents the choice of fine dining or casual dining in an upscale dining atmosphere. Dining rooms are exquisitely prepared with an accent on the essential feeling of home. There is no shortage of good friends and good conversation with both residents and staff members.
St. George Village prepares a selection of three entrées each day in our Main Dining Room and provides a weekly changing menu in our Bistro.
